Delivery
If you place your order before 14.00 on a week day, we will dispatch your order the same day. You should allow 3-4 working days for delivery from the time we dispatch your order, depending on the postal services.
Returns policy & Claims
Naturally you can return the package to our stores if the consignment is damaged. If you change your mind about purchasing, you can return the goods to us in undamaged condition within 14 days. You pay the postage.

Your order will be delivered discreetly in a white blister pack manufactured from a sturdy and protective material.
Returns resulting from the incorrect entering of delivery address
If your order is returned to us because you have entered the delivery address incorrectly, the extra postal charges will be added to the total order amount when we send the goods to you at the correct address. If you decide to cancel an order returned because of an incorrectly entered delivery address, 10% will be deducted from the order amount to cover postage and handling charges.
Payment
All prices include VAT and delivery! (excluding non-EU countries such as The Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Norway where VAT is not paid to Condom-Company but may be collected by the post office/custom authorities when delivered in said country.) Thus there are no hidden costs.

Discreet statements of account
On the statement of account that you receive from your bank, all you will see is a discreet entry for "C-Company" and the total purchased amount. This is yet another measure to safeguard your privacy!
